At a time when the populations of small towns are dwindling, we want to represent a little of what rural America- and specifically the Midwest- has to offer. We are proud to be a member of this small community, and we love what the community brings to Roots.
Agriculture is often a big part of rural American communities, and ours is no exception. You'll notice that much of the restaurant decor is themed around agriculture. This isn't (only) because we enjoy looking at hay bales, it's because we are proud of and support the people who have spent generations farming in the Midwest.
