What is the rewards program?

Roots Rewards allows you to earn one point for every dollar you spend at Roots. Once you have accumulated 250 points, you can redeem them for a $10 discount on your bill. If you prefer, you can save your points to redeem for a greater discount at a later date.

 

You also receive a $5 discount for your birthday! This must be redeemed within 3 days before or after your birthday.

 

Signing Up

If you do not have a Roots Rewards account and would like to sign up, let your server know and leave your email at the bottom of your receipt when you pay, or you can sign up using this link.

 

Earning Points

To ensure that your points are collected every time you make a purchase, you have two options:​

A. Ask your server to make you a physical rewards card. Provide this card to your server when you pay.

 

B. Show your server your electronic rewards card on your cell phone. The server can scan the QR code to add your points. You can access your electronic rewards card here.

Tracking Your Points

You can view your rewards online to see your points, add your birthday, and access your digital rewards card.
